Returns and Refund Policy

At RJM Tool Supplies, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Items that are damaged or altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or special-order items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Items marked as “final sale.”

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Initiate the return process by contacting us at rjmtoolsupplies@gmail.com or calling us at 0355620381. Please provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and include a copy of the original receipt and the RMA number. Ship the item to: RJM Tool Supplies – 12 Enterprise Wy, Wallan VIC 3756
  4. Inspection: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

2. Refunds

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at rjmtoolsupplies@gmail.com.

Shipping Costs:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at rjmtoolsupplies@gmail.com or (03) 8583 9720 for further instructions.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at rjmtoolsupplies@gmail.com or (03) 8583 9720. Provide your order number and a description of the damage or defect. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.
